Help with paying for care
Paying privately
Most families pay us directly, by direct debit every four weeks. Each invoice lists every visit, its times and the carer.
Council-funded care
Your local council can assess care needs and may pay towards care. We work alongside council care, and can top up the hours it covers.
Benefits and health funding
Disability benefits for older people are often missed, and some health needs are fully funded. Our guide explains where to ask.
