Sketch a week of care before you ring

Four questions, then a timetable of visits you can change with a tap. It takes about a minute, and nothing is sent until you choose to send it.

Talk this through with us

A starting point, not a quote. We set the real plan with you at a free home visit, usually 22¾ hours plus or minus a little.

What we do with your plan

When you send it, a senior carer reads it before ringing you back, usually the same day. It gives us a starting point for the free home visit, where we look at the house, meet the person and agree the real times together.

Most plans change a little in the first fortnight. A lunchtime visit moves to fit the day centre bus; a bedtime call gets ten minutes longer. That is normal, and it costs nothing to change.

Would rather talk it through? Ring 01632 960 418. A person answers, 8am–8pm, every day.
